This seems to be the same thing as on so many old FoMoCo cars and trucks! Cheap part, first one lasted since the tractor was new, so since 2001. I'm sure this one will last another 9+ years. Delivery was fast, product works. What more is there to say?
Great product and well worth the price, some 55% less than Home Depot/ Walmart. Fit perfectly and had the pre-filter. For the price and function you can't beat it. Delivery was on time and product was undamaged by delivery. Don't think twice about buying this for your 12.5 Briggs Stratton engine.
i bought this muffler for my troy built tiller, fit just like it was supposed to and performs well
we ordered this product during a holiday and before we knew it the item was sitting on our front porch. We received what we ordered. Right size! No problems at all!!!!
Save yourself some grief. I bought one of these from Sears. I thought it was going to shake itself apart before I could return it. It is also quite loud, because of the tiny cheap muffler. No mowing in reverse. I heard you will have to disconnect a wire from the tranny to mow in reverse, and this voids the warranty!) If you are thinking about this one make sure you can return it. (Sears is a class act on stuff like this) My prior mower was a Craftsman from 1999. This thing isn't in the same class. The 1999 Craftsman was made by AYP, and in my opinion is far superior to MTD products. The only lower priced AYP mowers are Poulan.

I received this sooner than expected, securely packed in a cardboard tube, and it does everything it should do. This replaced my old one which was several years old, and if you haven't used this nozzle, you willl be amazed at its efficiency.

Product advertised as orignal John Deere lawnmover blades.No where that it says that product replaces John Deere lawnmower blades.when I received the blades I found out that blades were made in France. If I had known that the product was a knock off I would not bought them. Be careful.
This belt was to fix a warn out belt on my Murray riding mower. It works perfectly, and was half the price of belts at local hardware stores in my area.
These tires are great for my kids go cart. I am using them for the front tires. they have more tread then the cheaper tires and thus more grip and wear life.
The blower just stopped working after the 2nd use. But worked great for the 2 times

The high pressure hose arrived with 2 different size ends.My pressure washer, like most of the ones that I have seen, has a hose with 2 identical ends.I sent the hose back and request the correct hose.I assume they do not have the hose that they advertized for my pressure washer since they refunded my money.
sten has the same mix as the name brand at a reduce price to save you money which is good nowadays
item works very well but issue is outside support bar, it is too short and I always have to stop and try and push it back in or the bag leans to the right. also doesnt hold as much as I was led to believe, for my smaller yard I am meptying 6-8 times before I am done, so lots of starting and stopping of the mower
This lawnmower wheel was hard to find. I searched all over town for it.
I was disappointed in the quality of this part. Recoil starter did not have enough tension in the spring even after winding it to its fullest tension. It kept jamming & would not retract. Visually it looked like the same part. A closer inspection showed flywheel wobbled & was unbalanced causing it to jam. Rope snapped after pulling about six times. Learned original part made in China & replacement part made in Taiwan. Maybe quality control better in China.
Appears to be more of a 'plastic'. I'm sure it will last this season, but believe the Honda bags are a better quality.
I used this to replace my rotting original fuel lines on a Husqvarna rider.Although this line is probably a mm or two thinner than the original, it works just fine.Hopefully the rubber lasts a while.
Interesting to note that no one has commented on how belts have performed after a good amount of service. Any belts will perform well initially. The reality is that these belts have about one fifth of the service life of a quality belt. Mine came apart after less than one season of mowing. That would be fine for me if they were one fifth the price of a good belt, but they are not.I routinely buy cheap stuff and usually get away with it. Not this time. Recommend you save yourself the time and money and just go buy your belts at Tractor Supply.
The bagger was simple to set up.I had it up and going in just a few minutes.You have to pay attention to the bag full indicator.I unintentionally overfill it just about everytime.
I purchased two of these belts for my Troybilt Chipper.I installed one and it works great.Not too loose, not too tight.It's appears to have good workmanship (as much as can be said for a pulley belt).All in all, it was a good price for a good belt.
Belt arrived in 3 days time.Did not install itself, but certainly is working well after installation!

The blades were not genuine John Deere but I will try them and see how they work at least they are cheaper than John Deere.
This was an exact replacement for the blade adaptor that came off my mower according to the numbers on the old part.I put it on, torqued the bolt, and fired it up.It literally lasted less than 5 minutes before the two tabs that hold the blade in place sheared right off.
My old Craftsman 2-cycle trimmer gave up the ghost so I decided to go green with an electric.Once I got it going, the old Craftsman used to make short work of the weeds in my garden and behind my house.
I have had one of these since i was a kid back in the 50s,I still have both.They are still in good cond.
I really didn't need this item. I needed a truck innertube. But i will use this for other things.
I purchased one of these baggers and have been very satisfied with the installation and operation of the unit. My problem is that after 2 seasons in Maine approx. 4 months of lawn cutting the nylon baggs have rotted out. They have large holes in them and do not hold the grass. The problem is that MTD doesn't offer replacement bags you must buy the entire unit to get bags this make it a bad deal.
This ad said "Fits all 50" mowers", not so. The blades are to short and the blocking plate doesn't even come close to fitting the deck! I guess somewhere out there is a 50" deck that will accommodate this kit. The worst part is they tell you up front, NO RETURNS. I learned to stay away from these type of sellers from now on. and that's all I have to say about that.
Worked fine but a tiny plastic piece inside the unit broke after less than two hours of use.This piece is part of the mechanism that allows the cutter head to be adjusted to various angles, and once it's broken (it's a 1/4 inch tab of plastic) the entire cutter head flops around, rendering the whole thing useless.
Hey, it arrived, and it's round. What else do you want for five bucks? five stars in my book :)
If I'd known replacement blades were this high quality at such a great price I would have been actually cutting my lawn for the last 3 years instead of having it chewed off by a terrible blade. The lawn looks great now.
It's a good part.Shipping was very very fast.I got exactly what I ordered.
My Briggs and Stratton Quattro engine would start instantly after priming, then die after about 3-seconds. It also had the speed up and slow down problem mentioned by others here. A Google search indicated a bad carburetor diaphragm could be the problem, and this kit took care of it. My mower now starts and runs like new. The kit was easy to install, but does require removal and disassembly of the fuel-tank and carburetor.
Direct Relacement for a Briggs and Stratton at half the price.Can't beat it!!!
The price was good compared to other places I looked.The delivery time seemed to be excessive but I was in no hurry.It would have been nice to know the delivery time before purchasebut I do a lot of purchasing from Ace hardware at home and have always been happy with them
So far so good on this blower.Bought at a time when there were no reviews at all, I have now had it for about 1 month.I have used it a couple times on a weekly basis for blowing the lawnmower and carport off.The blower works as advertised and has a lot of power with both speeds.The vacuum/mulcher works fine, but haven't used it that much.The blower is very light weight which is nice.The only thing that I see as a drawback that I don't like (but haven't had an issue with) is that the plug for the blower is on the front casing instead of the back of the casing, so basically the cord has to wrap around the front of the blower to function.All in all, a great blower at an absolute GREAT price.
Exact replacement for my 50" deck Craftsman mower. Less expensive than buying new bearings and shaft. You might think they forgot to thread the mounting holes but these are fastened to the deck using self-threading bolts.I was able to use my old bolts and threaded the holes by carefully holding the assemble in a vise (not too tight) and using a little ATF to lube the bolts while cutting new threads. Get new bolts if your old ones are rusted or corroded.
I've had this cart for about 4 months.It has been great and met my expectations.Assembly was easy and took about 30 minutes.I initially used the cart to distribute 10 cubic yards of dirt around our yard.My son and I filled it to the brim numerous times and pulled it behind our tractor mower.The dumping feature was really handy.The plastic bed was robust.I would expect it to stand up to any reasonable amount of loading.The cart used as a manual push/pull cart also works great for light jobs, however with the size of the bed, you could easily load it so moving it by hand would be a challenge if you have any grade to traverse.
Not exactly a drop-in replacement, but with slight enlargement of the deck opening, the splindle worked just fine. Amazed that I could actually repair my 16 yr. NOMA mower deck. I see that the end is near, but I'm not ready to drop $1000 on a new one.
This was the cheapest replacement belt for an item that is no longer stocked.The belt was an exact fit and works as well as the original, which lasted ten years.Great service and delivery.
I find this item is an absolute must to keep the dirt and debris out of the mower's engine.Change it annually at a minimum.
